Our assemblies are used in power electronics, telecommunication and building technology applications as well as in machines.
The products are manufactured according to customer drawings and specifications. We can help customers' R&D to find the most cost efficient solutions and materials. If needed, we can also provide documentation and design of wiring harnesses and cables based on customer samples or drafts. The product complexity and type varies according to use and industry. The assembly can be anything from single terminated wire to highly complex wiring harness with cross sections from 0,14 to 120 sqmm.
Our material selection is comprehensive. In addition to leading connector suppliers, we offer economic substitutes by customer request. When possible, cables and wires are purchased directly from factory in all of our locations. We stock multinorm wires with European (HAR, VDE) and North American (UL, CSA) approvals. The majority of standard cables and wires are with PVC, silicone or rubber sheath, but the share of low halogen and halogen free as well as PUR and fluoropolymer ("Teflon") types is increasing with our customers' demand.
Besides wiring harnesses and cables we supply electromechanical parts and assemblies including sheet and machined metal parts as well as die casting and plastic injection parts. The parts are purchased through our proven partner and subcontractor network in China, or if required from a customer appointed supplier.
